
Join us for a free, family-friendly Earth Day celebration at Laurelwood Arboretum on Saturday, April 18, from 12:00 PM to 4:00 PM. This popular annual event offers something for everyone, including nature crafts, bird walks, scavenger hunts, storytime, and educational talks. Enjoy guided tours of the arboretum from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM, a perfect way to explore Laurelwood’s spring blooms and learn more about its diverse plantings and natural features.
The celebration will be held rain or shine at 725 Pines Lake Drive West in Wayne. Free shuttle service will run from 12:00 PM to 4:00 PM between the arboretum and the Pines Lake School parking lot, located at 511 Pines Lake Drive.
The 2026 Earth Day theme, “Our Power, Our Planet,” highlights the importance of community-based solutions, clean energy, and collective action to protect our environment.
