Alex Perkel is a certified Tai Chi and QiGong instructor with extensive training, including studies at the renowned Shaolin Monastery in China and has participated in the U.S. Open Martial Arts Competition. His goal is to share the health benefits of Tai Chi promoting relaxation, balance, and overall wellbeing.
Tai Chi & Qigong Program
• Qigong Healing Forms
Gentle movements to improve circulation, flexibility, internal organ support, relaxation, and stress relief.
• Tai Chi Forms (Yang, Chen, and Wushu styles)
Promotes balance, posture, calm breathing, joint mobility, and overall well-being.
• Tai Chi Weapons Training, Sword, Broadsword, Kung Fu Fan, Shaolin Cane for self-defense, and Whip Staff techniques, which enhance coordination, mobility, and whole-body awareness.
This program welcomes beginners, seniors, and all levels.
Registration will begin at 1:30 PM on May 1st.
Class Dates: Fridays: May 15, 22, 29 and June 5, 12, 19, 26.
Time: 1:30PM – 3:00 PM. Each class is a separate registration.
