Brescia has successfully closed over a billion dollars in real estate transactions during her 40-year real estate career.

Brescia has attained numerous awards for her real estate sales success. She earned the Coldwell Banker International President's Premier Award for 2015, which recognizes the top 1 percent of approximately 85,000 affiliated Coldwell Banker sales associates worldwide. She also achieved the NJ REALTORS® Circle of Excellence Sales Award® at the uppermost Platinum Level for 2015. Brescia is a member of the NJ REALTORS® Distinguished Sales Club®. Real estate agents who attain this recognition have achieved the NJ REALTORS® Circle of Excellence Sales Award® for 10 years or more (not necessarily consecutively).
