Cedar Crest Names Suson Tillman-Taylor as Director of Human Resources
She brings more than 15 years of HR leadership experience in healthcare to her new role.
Cedar Crest, an Erickson Living retirement community in Pompton Plains, New Jersey, has named Suson Tillman-Taylor as director of human resources.
As director of Human Resources, Tillman-Taylor is responsible for planning, directing and delivering corporate and community HR services in support of Cedar Crest operational and business strategies.
She brings more than 15 years of HR leadership experience in healthcare and most recently was the regional manager of Team Member Labor Relations where she led HR operations for two acute care hospitals and five long-term care facilities in Ocean and Monmouth counties.

A native of New York City, Taylor-Tillman received her BA degree in Communications from SUNY, New Paltz, and MA degree in Adult & Higher Education from Columbia University, Teachers College. She and her family currently reside in Jackson, New Jersey.
