With Christmas Come And Gone, Wayne Begins Tree Collection

WAYNE, NJ — With the holiday season come and gone, Christmas trees are likely coming down across the township.

Just in time, township officials announced the Parks and Recreation Department will begin curbside Christmas Tree collection on Monday.

All lights, garland, ornaments, tree stand and any other objects from the tree should be removed before placing it by the curb.

Township trucks will be collecting trees Monday through Friday, through Feb. 1, according to a news release.
