Seven-day metrics from the CDC show that the county recorded 793 new cases this week, an uptick of over seven percent.
CDC metrics show that nearly 66 percent of the eligible population in the county is vaccinated.

Hospitalization saw an uptick in the county, however, as the 42 new admissions in the last week are a 35 percent increase.
The delta variant remains the prevailing strain of the virus in the state, accounting for nearly 97 percent of all variants sequenced in the last four weeks.
