Creo Joins North Jersey CC as Director of Catering, Member Events

Passaic County's Historic Private Club Offers Exquisite Venues for Parties, Meetings, and More...

The venerable North Jersey Country Club, Passaic County’s most prestigious private club, is pleased to welcome Chelsea Creo as Director of Catering & Member Events.

As an integral part of North Jersey’s Food and Beverage Management team, Creo collaborates with the club’s renowned Executive Chef Urs Moser to conceptualize seasonal menus that showcase the club’s culinary creativity. She also plans and implements North Jersey’s vibrant social calendar and is responsible for the coordination and execution of the club’s catered events.

Most recently, Creo served as the Events & Membership Manager at Roxiticus Country Club in Mendham, where she organized and managed all aspects of membership engagement and created and coordinated all member social and private events. A graduate of Kutztown University in Kutztown, Pennsylvania, Creo is a member of the New Jersey Club Managers Association.

One the most historic and dynamic private clubs in the Garden State, North Jersey Country Club is the perfect venue for meetings, outings, and special events. The social center of the club is its renowned Clifford Wendehack-designed, Tudor-style clubhouse, the first of the iconic architect’s clubhouse designs. In 2013, the club embarked on a multimillion-dollar renovation of the club’s interior, and since that time, has experienced a large increase in weddings and catered events.

The clubhouse banquet and meeting space areas are plentiful. The President’s Room accommodates up to 20 guests and is perfect for birthday dinners, business meetings, and intimate lunches. The Anthony Wayne Room is the preferred site for showers, christenings, and rehearsal dinners for up to 50 guests. Large events, parties, and weddings are held in North Jersey’s exquisite Formal Ballroom that boasts an elegant fireplace, light grey and crème-colored décor, and exposed wood-beam ceilings.

For those members and member-sponsored guests who prefer more casual venues, North Jersey offers the picturesque Poolside Grille or the Fairway Lounge and Patio that overlooks the club’s celebrated Walter Travis-designed golf course.
