Denise Altonjy Promoted to Associate Executive Director of Cedar Crest
Altonjy has more than 30 years of professional health care experience

Cedar Crest Retirement Community has promoted Denise Altonjy of Wayne, New Jersey, to the position of associate executive director.
Since 2006, Altonjy has served as Director of Nursing at Cedar Crest and has led her team in delivering excellent care to residents, with clinical outcomes consistently ahead of benchmarks. A graduate of Felician College, she has more than 30 years of professional health care experience. She is a licensed assisted living administrator, certified gerontological nurse and a graduate of the St. Barnabas Leadership Institute.
In her new position, Altonjy will work closely with the executive director and other executive team members to manage all facets of the community, including coordination of the various department operations and staff.

Cedar Crest is one of 19 continuing care retirement communities managed by Erickson Living. The scenic 104-acre campus is located in Pompton Plains, New Jersey and is home to over 2,000 residents. The community offers abundant amenities, hundreds of clubs and activities, on-site restaurants, a state-of-the-art medical center, an all-season pool and a fitness center.
