Erickson Senior Living Promotes Ryan Fitzpatrick to Executive Director of Cedar Crest

Erickson Senior Living, a national leader in developing and managing continuing care retirement communities, has promoted Ryan Fitzpatrick to executive director of Cedar Crest. Fitzpatrick will oversee management and operations for the scenic 130-acre campus located in Pompton Plains, NJ.

Fitzpatrick launched his career with Erickson Senior Living in 2008 at Ann's Choice in Bucks County, Pa., as an operations associate. Since then, he has gained diverse experience serving in various roles including personal care administrator and home support manager before becoming an administrator in training at Cedar Crest. In 2017, he transitioned to Lantern Hill, an Erickson Senior Living managed community in New Providence, NJ, where he advanced from assistant continuing care administrator to director of continuing care, and then to associate executive director in 2021.

Fitzpatrick earned his bachelor's degree in health policy and administration from Penn State University. He resides in Berkeley Heights with his wife Samantha.
