Over a four course dinner of expert pairings by Chef Paul Viggiano, we'll taste six Evening Land Vineyard Chardonnays and Pinot Noirs blind, giving guests the fun and educational opportunity to guess where each wine hails from before it's revealed by proprietor Mark Tarlov. If you love top-notch Chardonnays and Pinot Noirs and always wondered what differentiates a Bourgogne Rouge from a Willamette Valley Pinot, this is your night!
