There will be a triathlon at Packanack Lake where athletes will start the event with a half mile swim starting from the East Beach. Following this will be a bike course and then participants will finish with a 5K run.
Police officers will be on hand to help participants get through intersections and keep the routes safe.
When participants have completed the triathlon at the East Beach, there will be bagels, PB&J, oranges and bananas.
