Rockfest 2012 is TONIGHT!

The excitement continues to build as the bands prepare
for ROCK FEST event scheduled for Saturday, March 24, 2012 at the Wayne YMCA.
Doors open at 7pm with the show starting at 8pm.   Bands performing and vying for the $500.00
prize include; Someday Soon, GNGR and Brisk Walk.  Who will be the lucky winner? Who will become
the next Rock Star sensation?

sponsored the event so far: Mayor Chris Vergano, The DFM Foundation, , Neil’s
Pizza,  Good Vibrations Music Studio,
Spencer Savings Bank and Overtime Sports. We couldn’t do it without the
continued support from community members like you.  

ROCK FEST 12 is an alcohol free event for teens supported
by the Wayne Alliance for the Prevention of Substance Abuse and the Wayne
YMCA.  The Rock Fest committee has the
right to refuse anyone they feel might be under the influence. Water bottles or
cans are not allowed in and purses and backpacks will be searched. Refreshments
will be provided.  Also while supply
lasts, free t-shirts commemorating the night will also be given out.

Funding for the Wayne Alliance is provided in part
through a grant from the Governor's Council on Alcoholism and Drug Abuse. Sponsorships, donations and volunteers are always welcome.  The Wayne Alliance
