The Special Olympics will hold its annual track and field competition at the PCTI. Opening ceremonies begin at 9 a.m. with a motorcade, torch run, team introductions, National Anthem and Olympic Oath. The games will then begin and involve the 800M, 400M, 200M, 100M and 50M races. There will also be 4X100 relays, wheelchair slaloms, shot put, long jump and softball throw with awards ceremonies to follow.
The event is free and all are encouraged and welcome to attend!
