<p>Riverdale’s Annual Labor Day Street Fair hosted by the Borough of Riverdale will be held along the Newark Pompton Turnpike from Newbury Place to Cotluss Rd. from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. This annual event is held on Labor Day Monday. The street will be closed to vehicle traffic during the event and will be transformed into a giant block party. </p>
<p><strong>Lots To Do</strong><br>If you like shopping then this is the place to be. We will have quality exhibitors selling a selection of assorted items and a special arts &amp; crafts section. There will also be live entertainment, kiddie rides &amp; games, great festival foods &amp; food trucks, and so much more. Don’t miss stopping by the many local merchants &amp; civic organizations to see what goodies they are passing out.</p>
<p><strong>So Many Food Trucks</strong><br>Come hungry because we have over 15 food trucks and food vendors selling delicious sweet and savory gourmet foods. You can get sausage &amp; pepper sandwich, cheese steaks, kettle corn, chicken fingers, ice cream, zeppole, shish kabobs, gyros, fresh cut fries, fresh squeezed lemonade, Italian ice, oven-baked fresh pizza, and so much more. </p>
<p><strong>Live Bands<br></strong>As you stroll along stop to have a bite to eat and sit at tables in our live music area. See the show we have planned with live music, dancing, karate demonstrations, and more. </p>
<p><strong>Kids Area</strong><br>We also have the “Kidz Traveling Shindig” which is a section in the school parking lot area dedicated to children with kiddie bounce rides, slides, interactive blow-ups, face painters, sand art &amp; kids’ games just to name a few things.</p>
<p>This family-friendly event brings the whole community together. Come and join in the fun on Labor Day!</p>
