Former Mario Batali Sous Chef's Viaggio Ristorante Opens In Wayne Wednesday
Robbie Felice's restaurant is at 1055 Hamburg Turnpike.

WAYNE, N.J. — A former sous chef who worked for Mario Batali's restaurant group will open on Hamburg Turnpike Wednesday at the former site of Novu.
Robert Felice's Viaggio will feature locally grown products. The menu will consist of dishes found in Italy, including linguine with clams and bucatini amatriciana, NorthJersey.com reported.
Felice is a graduate of the Culinary Institute of America.
