Former 'Real Housewife' Wayne Resident Releases Dessert Book

Wayne resident and former “Real Housewives of New Jersey” cast member, Kathy Wakile, has released a new dessert cookbook.

“Indulge: Delicious Little Desserts that Keep Life Real Sweet” was released Tuesday and features over 75 of Wakile’s bite-sized treats.

“It was something I took for granted; it’s something that’s part of me,” Wakile told NJ.com. “The [Real Housewives] viewers encouraged me and motivated me to start this chapter, to start this book.”

As for the title, Wakile, who lives in Wayne with her husband and children, says, “Indulge, it’s not going to kill you.”

Wakile will have a book signing at Wayne’s Costco on Sept. 13 as part of her book tour.
