Georgia Murder Suspect May Be In North Jersey: State Police

A man wanted on murder and aggravated assault charges in Georgia may be in Passaic County, State Police announced Tuesday.

The State Police Fugitive Unit is looking for Sean Edwards-Tuggle, 26, of Loganville, Georgia.

Edwards-Tuggle is wanted by the Gwinnett County Police Department for allegedly killing his stepfather on Sunday, State Police said.

Detectives believe he is traveling in a 2010 silver Dodge Avenger. He may be in Passaic County or in New York City, State Police said.

Edwards-Tuggle is considered "armed and dangerous" and should not be approached, police said.

Anyone who recognizes Edwards-Tuggle should avoid making contact with him and immediately call 911, police said.
