Albert Manzo is the husband of Caroline, a former "Real Housewives of New Jersey" star. The family had its own spin-off show, "Manzo'd With Children."
The venue is located in a low-lying flood zone at the intersection of Alexander Avenue and Route 23 South.
Manzo previously said that the venue would have a plan in place should it become flooded, the Northjersey.com report stated. A wedding canceled due to flooding would have the option of changing the date, just as it would if there were a snowstorm or similar weather event.
A certificate of occupancy was only issued for the venue's first floor, according to the NorthJersey.com report, which quoted Manzo. The level's second-story, with a 1,500-seat grand ballroom, is not yet open.
