Glen Rock Police Catch Alleged Vehicle Burglar
BREAKING: Josean Alexander, 20, was arrested after about 15 vehicles were burglarized over the weekend, police said.

GLEN ROCK, NJ — Police arrested and charged a Rutherford man Tuesday after several vehicle burglaries were reported.
Glen Rock Police found several vehicles early Tuesday morning that had been burglarized; authorities set up a perimeter and dispatched a K9 unit to search the area, said Chief Dean Ackermann.
The K9 unit found Josean Alexander, 20, of Rutherford hiding in bushes; Bergen County Sheriff's Office and Ridgewood Police officers assisted taking Alexander into custody, Ackermann said.

Police said additional suspects may be involved in the 15 reported burglaries, which occurred over the weekend on Kent, Greenway, Oak Knoll, Lowell and Rock roads and Hillside Avenue, the chief said.
Hawthorne and Allendale Police are also investigating vehicle burglaries that may be related to the Glen Rock ones.

Anyone with a home surveillance system is asked to review footage from 1 to 3:30 a.m. Tuesday morning to see if they filmed any suspects or suspicious vehicles, Ackerman said.
