Governor Christie Nominates Wayne Lawyer For Administrative Law Judgeship
Elissa Mizzone Testa is a member of the Passaic County and New Jersey State Bar associations.

WAYNE, N.J. — Governor Chris Christie nominated a township lawyer Tuesday for an administrative law judgeship.
Elissa Mizzone Testa is admitted to practice law before the state and federal courts in New Jersey. She is a member of the Passaic County and the New Jersey State Bar associations. Testa works mostly with family, residential and commercial real estate, and civil litigation.
The nomination is subject to the advice and consent of the state Senate.
