Included for the week was a session on healthy nutrition, a day of chair massage for all employees, a session teaching workplace exercises to reduce pain and stress, a catered healthy lunch, and a fun, healthy smoothie day. Just the lift employees needed during stressful tax time!

Fette Ford, Infiniti, and Kia of Clifton opted for a month long employee weight loss challenge with a monetary prize for each participant that reached their goal. They had such great results in the Fall, with participants averaging a weight loss of 5 pounds in 5 weeks, that they decided to repeat the program with a Spring weight loss challenge. High Definition PTC organized the program sending trainers in to perform weigh-ins, and then providing weekly information, exercises, recipes, and motivational help until the final weigh-in.
