Integrity, Hard Work are Important in Today's Business World, Speaker Says

CEO of Automatic Data Processing spoke to business students at William Paterson University about what qualities they need to possess if they are to succeed in the business world.

Carlos Rodriguez, the chief executive officer of Automatic Data Processing told students at William Paterson University that integrity, hard work, and staying ahead of the competition are important characteristics of people in the business community, NorthJersey.com reported Tuesday.

“There’s really a lot of companies that people though were great, but now with the benefit of hindsight, they slipped from their ethics, their integrity, and there’s no turning back,” Rodriguez said.

The lecture was part of the university’s annual Cotsakos College of Business Leadership Forum, which allows business leaders to share their experiences with the school’s business majors.
