Land Rover Stolen Just Outside Wayne: Police

TOTOWA, NJ — A Land Rover was stolen early Wednesday morning in Totowa, according to police.

The incident took place just after 2 a.m. Wednesday on Winifred Drive. Surveillance footage shows a black SUV with at least two people stopping in front of the driveway, police said.

The passenger got out and walked to the parked Land Rover. He then opened the door, started the vehicle and drove away, police said.

Police described the suspect as a dark-skin male wearing all dark-blue clothing and a mask. Authorities don't have a description of the SUV driver.

It is unclear whether the suspect found spare keys/fob in the Land Rover, police said.
