Letter: Lonni Miller Ryan Is 'Too Big A Turn Off For Wayne'

Her campaign will not rely on facts, but on fiction and she is 'dreaming' if she thinks Democrats will support her, one reader says.

To the editor:

I would like to thank Lonnie Miller Ryan for her heads up posting on Wayne Patch. After reading it, it became obvious that should she be the Republican nominee for mayor, as her campaign will not rely on facts, but on fiction. She is dreaming if she thinks that Democrats will support her in any contest. Ms. Miller Ryan is simply too big a turn off for Wayne.

No one can change her record of backstabbing people in her own party. Also, the group Concerned Citizens of Wayne was initiated as a group to preserve the township's commercial land, not as a judgement on affordable housing. In her post she attempts to portray herself as the person who will control the housing situation. After years of sitting on the Township Council, she has never talked about any such solution or offered any solution to any issue or problem. It is obvious that she can't solve the problem or she could have offered solutions years ago. How could she since she’s part of the problem?

And of course, she is not telling us why our taxes have doubled since her party took control of the town government. Please tell us Ms. Miller Ryan.
