Major Retail Buildings Sold On Route 46 In Wayne

Bloomingdale's and Ethan Allen have furniture stores at the 68,000-square-foot location.

WAYNE, N.J. — A township property housing a pair of furniture stores has been sold, real estate The Goldstein Group announced Tuesday.

The buildings, at 469-491 Route 46 West, house a Bloomingdale Furniture Outlet and Ethan Allen Furniture. The buildings are 68,000-square-feet in area and sit on a 3.2-acre lot.

The property is located near the Willowbrook Mall, the newly redeveloped Wayne Towne Center, and near such national retailers like Home Depot, Hobby Lobby, and Toys "R" Us.

J&J Realty sold the property to RKRE Investments. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.

“With such strong national tenants, we received a huge amount of interest in this listing,” Chuck Lanyard, president of The Goldstein Group, said in a statement. “The property is a prime Route 46 retail site with excellent exposure and visibility that’s conveniently located at the intersection of Route 23 and Route 80.
