Man Shot In Broad Daylight In Passaic County, Cops Say

An investigation into the shooting is underway.

PASSAIC COUNTY, NJ — A man was hospitalized this weekend after being shot in the street in Passaic County, police said.

On Saturday, around 4:15 p.m., police were called to the area of Hamilton Avenue and Rosa Parks Boulevard in Paterson on reports of shots fired.

Authorities discovered a 28-year-old man had been shot. He was rushed to a nearby hospital and treated for the non-fatal wounds, police said.

A crime scene was established, and the investigation is underway. No suspects have been announced at this time.
