Man's Car Catches Fire In Franklin Lakes, He's Charged With DWI: Police
Car fire occurred on Route 208 early Saturday morning, police said.

A man’s car caught on fire early Saturday morning in Franklin Lakes and he wound up being charged with driving while intoxicated, authorities said.
Police responded to a car fire on Route 208 near Ewing Avenue at 2:38 a.m. Saturday, said Lt. John Bakelaar.
“The fire is what drew our attention to the driver,” said Bakelaar.

As a result of the investigation, James Reilly, 20, of Wayne, was arrested and charged with driving while intoxicated, reckless driving, and refusing to take a breath test.
Officers Dennis Hill and Richard Osenbruck investigated the incident.
