Authorities learned that a 40-year-old incapacitated woman under the facility's care was forced to have unwanted sexual contact with a direct support professional, later identified as Boone, twice that day, prosecutors say.

A month-long investigation identified Boone as the suspect. A warrant for his arrest was issued, and he turned himself in to the West Milford Police on Thursday.
