NJ's 'Best Barbecue' Joint Is Opening In Wayne Tuesday
Breaking: Red, White & Que has quickly made a name for itself since it opened in Central Jersey in 2016.
WAYNE, NJ — Red White & Que is bringing what has been called the best barbecue in New Jersey to town Tuesday.
The restaurant will open its newest location at 140 Hamburg Turnpike, across from QuickChek and Manhattan Bagel. Owner Dan Misuraca confirmed the opening Monday afternoon, but did not immediately give a specific time.
Thrillist named the rapidly-expanding business the state's best barbecue and NJ.com called it "New Jersey's best BBQ newcomer'' in May 2016. The business plans to have 55 locations, many in New Jersey, by the end of 2019.

"The 14-hour-smoked brisket's a must, go for it sandwich-style, layered in thick slices (or chopped if that's more your style) on fluffy bread, and you won't be disappointed," Thrillist said in its review.
Peter Genovese of NJ.com picked Red White & Que as one of the ten best BBQ joints in New Jersey and called it the "best barbecue newcomer."
