WAYNE, NJ — Outdoor visitation is slated to begin at Preakness Healthcare Center on Thursday, and guidelines for those visitors have been confirmed.
The guidelines lay out a plan for visitation of residents, as long as those residents aren't currently in quarantine for COVID-19 exposure, and who aren't suspected to have COVID-19.
Visitors will follow a procedure upon entering the building, which includes hand sanitization, wearing a surgical mask provided by staff, and being screened for COVID-19 symptoms, including temperature testing.
