Paris Inn Restaurant Closes After 50 Years
The popular restaurant and banquet hall was not open for business Saturday.

WAYNE, N.J. — The Paris Inn restaurant and banquet hall has abruptly closed after more than five decades.
The doors were locked and windows were smashed at the popular establishment this weekend.
Some patrons reported they paid deposits to use the hall for events like baby showers, but had not heard back from the business.

Owner Antonio Petritsis told News 12 that it was a "personal decision" to close the establishment and that he has appreciated all the customers the business has served.
Petritsis also said he is "committed" to returning customers' deposit money and is working with attorneys to make sure that happens, according to the report.
