2 Winning Lottery Tickets, Including $1M Prize, Sold At Same Passaic Co. Store
Tickets sold at this store won a combined $1.3 million in Tuesday's lottery drawings.
HEWITT, NJ — A Passaic County store sold not one, but two tickets that won big in Tuesday's lottery drawings. The winnings from tickets sold at Jackpocket in Hewitt include a $1 million prize, plus another ticket worth more than $300,000.
The million-dollar ticket matched five of the five white balls in the Mega Millions jackpot: 02, 08, 14, 20 and 31. A ticket sold in Minnesota matched all five balls and the Gold Mega Ball, winning the $106 million jackpot with an estimated cash value of $64.5 million.
A ticket sold at Jackpocket also generated $323,333 in winnings during Tuesday's Jersey Cash 5 jackpot drawing. The ticket matched all five numbers drawn: 12, 16, 25, 39 and 40. The XTRA number was 02. Jackpocket received a $2,000 bonus check for selling the winning ticket.
