Passaic County Chabad Center Schedules Wayne 'Car Menorah Parade'
The car parade is scheduled for Dec. 15, and will make its way to town hall, where a menorah lighting is scheduled for the same day.
WAYNE, NJ — The Chabad Center of Passaic County isn't letting the coronavirus stop their Hanukkah celebrations, but they are making changes for safety as the pandemic continues.
Recently, the Chabad Center announced a Car Menorah Parade departing from the Chabad Center traveling to Wayne Town Hall, culminating in a "COVID-SAFE" menorah lighting on Tuesday, Dec. 15.
"This year we are inviting the community to participate in safely bringing Hanukkah to the homes of those unable to attend due to coronavirus," said Rabbi Mayer Gurkov of the Chabad Center.

Starting at 5:30 p.m., the car parade will make its way to town hall, where a menorah lighting is scheduled at 7 p.m.
