Passaic County Fair 2023: See Schedule, Vendor Info

Want to represent an organization, sell a handmade craft, or be a food vendor for this year's fair? The application deadline approaches.

PASSAIC COUNTY, NJ — Ready for the county fair? Fireworks, rides, a beer and wine garden, and live music performances will return with the 2023 Passaic County Fair, running Aug. 10-13.

And if you are looking to be a food vendor, represent a non-profit, sell beverages, or be a merchandise vendor, the application to apply is July 30.

Along with the traditional fair rides, games, and food are animal ambassadors, pony rides, and a petting zoo — and of course, Passaic County 4-H showcases.

The fair is at Garret Mountain Reservation (8 Mountain Avenue, Woodland Park, NJ). Here are the hours:

  • Thursday, Aug. 10 from 6 p.m to 11 p.m.
  • Friday, Aug. 11 from 6 p.m to 11 p.m.
  • Saturday, Aug. 12 from 3 p.m. to 11 p.m.
  • Sunday, Aug. 13 from 3 p.m. to 11 p.m.

Applications for food vendors, merchandise vendors, and performers are posted on the fair website through the county.

All food vendors are required to obtain a Food Handlers Permit, and a Tent and Open Flame Permit where applicable. Vendors may arrive and begin set up on Wednesday, Aug. 9.

Parking is limited during the event, so fair organizers "encourage carpooling during the event." Vendors will receive a parking permit to park in a designated vendor lot upon payment of all registration fees. Click here for more vendor information, including prices.
