Passaic Valley Holiday Parade: What To Know For Saturday's Event
The annual parade of decorated trucks and holiday floats is organized by the Totowa, West Paterson, and Little Falls Fire Departments.
PASSAIC VALLEY, NJ — Hundreds of fire trucks, ambulances, and other decorated vehicles and floats will light the night Saturday as they parade through three Passaic County towns to celebrate the holiday season.
The festive procession of brightly-lit trucks (including Wayne's Salomone Brothers Industries) is held by the Totowa, West Paterson and Little Falls Fire Departments and will begin at 5 p.m. this year.
The parade begins at Passaic Valley High School in Little Falls, traveling through Woodland Park and ending at Union Boulevard and Crews Street in Totowa (Click here to see the full parade route). Along the parade's path, Santa's helpers will be collecting toys for local children in need this holiday season.

Roads in the area will begin closing around 4 p.m.
Little Falls is holding a viewing party for the Holiday Lights Parade, beginning at 2 p.m. at the Sports & Recreation Complex. Food trucks and holiday music will be available for spectators, who can bring a chair and blanket. Restrooms and a warming station will be available inside the complex.

And before the holiday parade, Woodland Park is holding a holiday festival from 1 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. on McBride Avenue with food, carolers, holiday shopping, and activities for the kids ahead of a tree lighting.
