DePaola's son Chris usually drives the car, according to TMZ, but the website said his friend dropped him off at an airport in the vehicle last week; the report did not say specify what airport. The friend was supposed to bring the car back to the house, but family sources told TMZ that Chris has not been able to contact his friend.

Paterson police and fire personnel found Anderson and Vega Jr. inside the car after responding to a fire call at 2 a.m. Friday morning, said Passaic County Prosecutor Camelia M. Valdes.

The car was found in front of the 500 block of East 28th Street; the bodies were taken to the state Medical Examiner's Office where they will be identified through medical records with help from detectives investigating the case.
