Renee Randazzo Named Director of Continuing Care at Cedar Crest
Randazzo will oversee the daily clinical services and achievement of high-quality experiences for residents and their families.
Cedar Crest, an Erickson Senior Living community in Pompton Plains, N.J., has promoted Renee Randazzo to director of continuing care. In her new leadership position, Randazzo will oversee the daily clinical services and achievement of high-quality experiences for residents and their families through a holistic-care model. The continuing care neighborhood at Cedar Crest provides assisted living, memory care, long-term nursing care, and inpatient & outpatient rehabilitation services.
Randazzo began her career at Cedar Crest in 2013 as a program coordinator and transitioned into the role of assisted living manager in 2016. After completing Erickson Senior Living's Administrator in Training program, she was named assistant administrator at Cedar Crest in 2021. A resident of Vernon, N.J., Randazzo received a master's degree from Columbia University and a bachelor's degree from Ramapo College.
