Sam's Bagel & Deli Closes After 20+ Years In Wayne
The well-known deli closed this week, but the West Caldwell location remains open.

WAYNE, NJ — After more than 20 years in business, Sam's Bagel & Deli has closed.
The deli confirmed the closing Wednesday night.
Stephen Hudes owned the Hamburg Turnpike deli, and another location in West Caldwell, from 1979 until his death in 2011. The West Caldwell location remains open. His wife Sue is the owner now.

Sam's received positive reviews on Yelp!, Tripadvisor.com, and Facebook.
Sam's is the second business in the Plaza Square shopping center to close recently. Bensi Restaurant, located a few spots away from Sam's is also closed.
