
WAYNE, N.J. — The township's annual health fair is about a month away. Residents will have the opportunity to get various screenings and assessments done at the free event.
Various services will be offered, including: Vision, glucose, and SMAC blood screenings and body fat and spinal assessments. There will also be fitness resources, diabetes information, and nutrition information.
A veggie mobile and snack samples will also be offered.

Flu vaccines will be available for $15 or free with Medicare Part B coverage, with no HMO. Blood screenings require an appointment and cost $25.
The health fair will be at 8:30 to 11 a.m. Oct. 8 at Wayne Valley High School.
