WAYNE, NJ — Councilman Richard Jassterzbski has been accused of harassment after he screamed at a township woman in a video released the day before the primary election Tuesday.
Jasterzbski can be heard yelling at Susan Enderly-Peracchio at the Passaic County Regular Republican Organization's headquarters on Hamburg Turnpike Sunday. Enderly-Peracchio could not be reached for comment.

The confrontation allegedly stemmed from James Marracco, one of Lonni Miller Ryan's runningmates, coming in and taking a sign down for Lt. Gov. Kim Guadagno earlier in the day and replacing it with a sign for Lonni Miller Ryan, who is running against incumbent Chris Vergano for the town's mayorship.
"You wish you were being f---ed by me," Jasterzbski said in the video. "You don't have to worry about me penetrating you at all. You wanted fair and square and you should have been satisfied with that, but you stood there and you let them corrupt the system of political process."

The pair can be heard on the video talking about the original ballot position of Ryan and her slate of Wayne candidates. Enderly-Peracchio's daughter filmed the video. Miller Ryan's slate was supposed to be on Line A. Instead they will appear on Line F after a judge ruled that no local candidates would get the coveted first row after Miller Ryan's slate of candidates filed a complaint in Passaic County Superior Court claiming the ballot was illegal.
Jasterzbski said in an interview that Enderly-Peracchio inappropriately had removed Miller Ryan's campaign signs and replaced them with one's for Guadagno, which prompted Marracco to come in and switch the signs again.
Enderly-Peracchio is also a candidate. She is running Tuesday against Dawn Cody for a spot on the State Republican Committee.
"A candidate who is running for election on the ballot should not be touching or removing any other candidates' campaign literature or signs," Jasterzbski said. "She has no right whatsoever to be touching any signs."
Jasterzbski said that Enderly-Peracchio denied taking the sign down and asked her about it. Then, he said, Enderly-Peracchio told him to "go f--- yourself." That's when he started yelling.

A police report on the incident states that Enderly-Peracchio was at the facility filing paperwork with her daughter, Taylor, when Jasterzbski entered and was "yelling and cursing at her as he approached." He accused her of taking a candidate's sign out of the headquarters' front window, the report said.
Enderly-Peracchio said she was concerned for her safety while he was yelling in her face, the report states.
"She believed she was going to strike her or her daughter during the incident," the police report states.
Enderly-Peracchio's other daughter, Danielle, arrived and approached Jasterzbski and pulled his arm and moved him away from her mother, police reported.
Jasterzbski reportedly yelled at Enderly-Peracchio in the past about other issues, but she did not report the incidents to the police, according to the report.
Wayne Regular Republican Organization Chairman Mike Marotta later arrived at the office, pulled Jasterzbski away towards the front of the office, the report states. They then left together.
Taylor Peracchio said a few "unusual" things happened at the office earlier Sunday.
A man, Al Frech, came in and asked about volunteering to help with Miller Ryan's campaign, the police report stated. He was told that "they weren't doing that at that location" and left, according to the report.
A woman wearing a Lonni Miller Ryan T-shirt and Councilwoman L. Aileen Rivera stopped by to use the bathroom, which Peracchio said "never happens," the report stated.
Enderly-Peracchio believed all of these incidents "to be a coordinated effort by members of the Ryan campaign," Peracchio told police.
Jasterzbski was appointed to the Township Council in 2013. He replaced Alan Purcell, who resigned due to health reasons. He was elected to a full term in 2015.
Dan Knitzer, a spokesman for Vergano's campaign, called for Jasterzbski to resign from the Town Council "effective immediately."
"This reprehensible, sexist, disgusting behavior is unacceptable for any decent person," Knitzer said.
Jasterzbski he is not proud of what he said and where the situation when, but said he will not apologize to Enderly-Peracchio.
"I give the same amount of respect to anyone and I deserve the same amount of respect back," he said. "I will defend myself and defend the voters and residents of the 1st Ward, as I have for the last 3-and-a-half years."
