STEM Experts Hope To Inspire At Special Wayne Event
Engineers, designers and others from IBM, Tumbir and more businesses will talk about what they do and how to get started with a STEM career.

WAYNE, NJ — A special panel discussion and networking event for high school students and their parents interested in careers in the growing fields of Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics will be held Thursday.
The event is 3 to 7 p.m. at Wayne Valley High School.
The panel is from 3:45 to 4:45 p.m. Participants include: Derek Spain, a gemologist, Yasmine El Garhi, a UX designer with IBM, Nick Benzoni, a mechanical engineer and Diana Kris Navarro, a software engineer with Tumbir.

Speakers will talk about STEM careers at a special "Pour Your Heart Out" session: Jennifer Strycharz, a systems engineer with Sikorsky Aircraft Corp., Shaily Dalesandro, a computer systems compliance manager with Covance and Victor Dibia, a research staff member with IBM.
There will be a networking session from 6 to 7 p.m.
