Teaneck Tax Bill Grace Period Extended

The normal 10-day grace period to pay local property taxes will be extended due to the county not releasing the final tax rate.

Once the county Board of Taxation determines the tax rate this month bills will be mailed to residents.

The normal 10-day grace period to pay tax bills has been extended, the township announced Wednesday.

The final date payments will be accepted without penalty will be indicated on the front of tax bills.
