Theatre for Children with Autism Presents 'Curious George' at William Paterson Dec. 12

Theater for Children with Autism will present Theatreworks USA’s musical “Curious George” at 10 a.m. on Thursday, Dec. 11 at William Paterson University in Wayne. This performance will take place in the University’s Shea Center for Performing Arts on campus.

This sensory-friendly performance is only open to classes and families with children on the autism spectrum. Please call the University Performing Arts office at 973.720.3178 or email gassyoumansl@wpunj.edu for ticket reservations and information. General admission tickets are $8.

Based on the famous book by Margaret and H.A. Rey, “Curious George” features a book by Jeremy Desman with original music by John Kavanaugh. This musical is about a lovable monkey, George, and his fun-filled adventure to Rome for a meatball contest on All-You-Can-Eat-Meatball Day. On his adventure, George learns about Rome and about the “secret ingredient” to cooking. This performance is recommended for young audiences ages four and up.
