Toys R Us Cancels Orders After Coupon Glitch
Parents were disappointed to learn their orders were cancelled after the glitch allowed customers to 'stack' coupons and get 60% off.

WAYNE, NJ — Shoppers were upset to learn that their online Toys R Us orders were cancelled after an online glitch allowed customers to get more than half off their orders.
The glitch allowed customers to "stack" three coupon codes for a total discount of 60 percent off their order.
The Wayne-based Toys R Us learned of the glitch and cancelled orders placed using the glitch.

Rachel Booth said she felt like Toys R Us needed to honor what the glitch allowed customers to do, according to, WPRI reported.
"I feel like they need to honor what the glitch was... it's not our fault it's a glitch," Booth said in the report.

Toys R Us issued a statement on the glitch on Twitter.
"Yesterday several promo codes intended only for our credit cardholders were improperly shared online & went viral. It resulted in an overall deal that was simply too good to be true. Orders that shouldn't have qualified have been cancelled."
