
Two new full-time Ridgewood firefighters were sworn in at a council meeting Wednesday.
Anthony Dinice, 23, is an alumnus of Ridgewood High School and attended Bergen Community College. He is the son of Ridgewood Police Officer Paul Dinice.
Henry VanWageningen, 34, is a graduate of Midland Park High School. His father-in-law is James Bombace, a retired former village fire chief.

Dinice is also the grandson of the late Anthony Dinice, who was a village police officer from 1956 to 1981, Cliffviewpilot.com reported.
VanWageningen was a volunteer firefighter since 2010 before being appointed full time, the website reported.
