Ukrainian Church In Passaic Co. Holds Donation Drive
The Ukrainian Orthodox Holy Ascension Church has requested items for humanitarian relief, tactical supplies and aid to hospitals.

CLIFTON, NJ — The Ukrainian Orthodox Holy Ascension Church in Clifton is holding a humanitarian-aid drive amid Russia's invasion into the nation.
The church (635 Broad St., Clifton) is seeking items for humanitarian relief, tactical supplies and aid to hospitals. It does not need clothes, shoes, toys and canned food at this time, the church said Wednesday. No alcohol liquids either.

"There are so many of you whose heart is there too like ours are... You all ask what can I do? How can I help?" the church wrote on Facebook. "At the moment we are dealing with sending the humanitarian aid to Ukraine by air. That's why we are collecting only the most needed for Ukraine at the moment."
