Veteran Honored for Creating National Memorial to Jewish Chaplains
Kenneth Kraetzer helped create the monument at Arlington National Cemetery. It was erected in 2011.
The Wayne Jewish War Veterans Post 695 honored a New York man this weekend for his efforts to acknowledge the heroism of Jewish chaplains who died in World War II.
Kenneth Kraetzer, from White Plains, N.Y. helped create a monument to Jewish chaplains at Arlington National Cemetery. It was unveiled in October 2011.
Kraetzer’s efforts were organized Sunday at a ceremony hosted by post 695 at Temple Beth Tikvah, NorthJersey.com reported.

“To be involved with one of the great stories in American history is amazing,” said Kradtzer, 56.
