WAYNE, NJ — Young professionals looking for a local workplace may want to consider this Wayne company, according to one report. Getinge made it to "The Next Gen 100" — or, the top 100 workplaces for employees in Generation Z, according to RippleMatch.
The list is based on several factors, including a company's investment in professional training and development, benefits and commitment to diversity and education. Companies considered for recognition must have a strong commitment for nurturing and growing the careers of their employees, mentorship opportunities, training programs and clear paths for expanded responsibility and upward mobility.
And Getinge — a medical-device company based in Wayne — made the cut.
