Wayne-Based Company Receives National Recognition

One Horn Transportation, a Wayne-based trucking and logistics services firm, was recently named one of the 50 fastest growing women-owned or led companies in North America by The Women President's Organization (WPO).

One Horn Transportation provides trucking and logistics services to manufacturers and distributors of fresh and frozen food, industrial materials, and consumer goods throughout the United States and Canada. The company was founded in 2005.

"We are very excited that our agent-based model continues to pay off, as we are able to grow our revenues much more quickly than pursuing the long sales cycle strategy of siging on new house accounts," CEO and President Cheryl Biron said in a statement. 

The company was honored at the WPO's annual conference in Texas May 2.
