Wayne Hills Soccer Team to Hold Breast Cancer Awareness Game Against Wayne Valley Oct. 27

Join the community event as Wayne Hill and Wayne Valley play in their Breast Cancer Awareness game on Oct. 27.

In support of Breast Cancer Awareness Month, the Wayne Hills High School Girls Soccer team has been showing their support by wearing pink shoe laces for the month of October.

Now they are making it a community event as the Wayne Hills High School Girls Soccer team has its Breast Cancer Awareness game against Wayne Valley at Wayne Hills High School.

Monday, Oct. 27 at 7 p.m. brings their annual Breast Cancer Awareness games versus Wayne Valley.

The entire girl’s soccer prgram will be acknowledged for all the hard work they put forth in fundraising all month long to raise money to fight breast cancer.

At 6:45 p.m. there will also be a dedication ceremony of the funds raised by both Wayne Hills and Wayne Valley being donated to The Women’s Breast Center at Chilton.

The concession stands will also be open for a great cause.

Dana, the late wife of Wayne’s High School Athletic Director, Mr. Brad Smith, lost her battle with this terrible disease last year and left behind her husband and two young children. In her honor, all proceeds from concession stands that evening will be donated to the Dana Urgo-Smith Scholarship Fund.
